30 Minutes

Feel free to add chicken or shrimp for a more traditional Pad Thai

This recipe relies on salsa for the flavor I recommend adding 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, and 1/4 tsp chipotle powder for extra flavor. But it works great as is and is a quick meal.

40 Minutes

Once you start making quick pickled items you'll use that trick over and over. It provides so much flavor and is very simple to do.

Tofu can be exchanged for chicken. Marinate chicken in the same recipe and cook until completly done through.

20-30 Minutes

The recipe says 10- minutes, but in reality allow for closer to 30 minutes. Especially if you bake the fries. I like to cook fries in the air fryer which takes about 15 minutes.

1 hour

My kids grew up on these instead of store bought chicken nuggets and we love them to this day!
