Apple Pumpkin Spice Smoothie



  • 2 scoops Shaklee Pumpkin Spice Life Shake (seasonal) or Vanilla LIfe Shake

  • 1/2 tsp of either Apple Pie Spice or Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 10 ounces of your favorite milk or milk substitute, or water

  • 3-4 ice cubes

  • 1/2 tart apple and 3 Tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 banana

  • 2 Tbs Rolled Oats

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract or paste


I like to add Collagen-9 and a scoop of the Organic Greens Booster to mine!


I top mine with extra cinnamon!!!- Basically, I can be bribed with cinnamon!!


Note: Don't have protein powder? Try adding a few cut cubes of Tofu and add some yogurt.

Add the Rolled Oats to the blender first and blend until dust, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more liquid to reach the consistency you like.
